Entrepreneurship Track Calendar

Introduction to Entrepreneurship at IESE:

A series of activities for 1^st years so that they may get involved in the entrepreneurship projects of the 2^nd year students, and an opportunity for the 2^nd years to use the first years’ expertise in topics or industries. By providing an introduction to the process of setting up a business, we hope that new students will not wait until the 2^nd year to start thinking about entrepreneurship.

Training:

BBDO ad agency runs a workshop to train participants in brainstorming techniques.

Building initial ideas:

This can happen at any time but you need to get serious about it by the end of the first year. In support of this we will provide the Q-Checks where you can present your idea to other students and get feedback. Save time when you write your business plan!

Entrepreneurship course activities:

The NAVES course at IESE is run in the 1^st trimester of the 2^nd year.  Students prepare a business plan suitable to present to investors and there is an opportunity to present it to VCs and get funding! There may be an opportunity to do this course in the 2^nd trimester of the 2^nd year.

Other activities:

The Entrepreneurship club is trying to set up summer internships in start-up companies with entrepreneurs for a real-life experience.
