the company?: I started on my own as I saw an opportunity not
covered in the Spanish market and I knew I could do it. |

describe the product or service your company provides/provided.
AD:
Business IT Solutions
specially focused to Quality of Service Management of multichannel
applications for wide network companies (wide area network, Internet,
automatic telephony…)
EC: What is your
role in the company? How many people in your founding team and
what are their roles?
AD:
I am currently the CEO.
I started the company on my own, but today we are 6 executive
shareholders running the company.
EC: Current
stage of development?
AD:
Maturity in a sector
with changes continuously. Actually we are developing a geographic
expansion plan.
EC: What do you
consider your greatest achievement?
AD:
Having developed
a product in which international business leaders are interested in (a
multi-channel monitor).
EC: What do you
wish you could do over again knowing what you know now?
AD:
It would have been much
easier to achieve the objectives the first time.
EC: What do you
find the most satisfying about your life as an entrepreneur?
AD:
You have to write your
own rules.
EC: What is the
hardest part of daily life as an entrepreneur?
AD:
Often you find yourself
lonely.
EC: Would you do
it all over again?
AD:
Of course!!!
EC: Do you have
any words of advice for students from the IESE MBA that are considering
starting their own businesses after graduation?
AD:
If you have an idea and
you think you can do it better than it’s already done in the market,
just start your own business. Always analyze the risks you can afford
to take before starting to think of the benefits you can achieve. |
